By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full.

You may close your fc666 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, fc666 will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified, withdrawable balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

fc666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• A player's account being linked to a previously closed or banned account
• A player being found to be under 18 years of age
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the player
• Any other circumstance in which fc666 reasonably believes that maintaining the account is contrary to its legal, regulatory, or ethical obligations

Where an account is closed by fc666 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed due to verified underage play, the balance will be returned to the source payment method and the matter may be escalated to the relevant authorities.

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary exclusion (30 days, 90 days, or 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be deactivated and the player will not be able to log in, deposit, or receive promotional communications from fc666.
